Race Notes:

• If the NCAA roster exceeds 75, we will split the race into 2 waves.

• NCAA and Open, 16+ races, ARE draft-legal.

• Regular draft-legal rules apply to the NCAA Women's race.

• ELITE draft-legal rules apply to the Draft-Legal Cup Race.

• Men and women may NOT draft off of one another.

• Please watch the head officials’ video for all rules.

• The Age-Group Super Sprint Race IS NOT draft-legal.

• All races will NOT have a lap-out rule; all racers can finish.

• There will not be baskets at this race.

Course Information:

• Super Sprint swim course will be half of the sprint swim course in the same direction. Athletes will swim around the Island and back to the start.

• Super Sprint bike will be 2 loops.

• Super Sprint run will be the first out and back on the gravel trail and the loop at the parking lot; they will not run the hill.

• Finish line is in the same place for all athletes.
